ENERGY MEDICINE

Energy Medicine is a weekly Sunday reset designed to open your body, cleanse your energy, and return you to your natural state of wholeness.

We begin with light movement to activate receptivity — gently waking up the body so energy can flow. A short guided breathing technique and plant medicine meditation will follow to inspire clarity and presence, helping you connect deeper to the whispers of spirit and your intuition. You’ll then receive reiki and sound healing for energetic cleansing and alignment, supported by the grounding minerals of the Salt Room Sanctuary.

Each element is intentional:

• Movement clears stagnation and invites openness
   
• Plant Medicine Meditation attunes you to the healing frequency of the plant spirit.
   
• Reiki works through the chakras, releasing energetic blocks
   
• Sound recalibrates your nervous system and shifts your frequency
   
• Salt purifies the air and supports respiratory + energetic detox
