Guided Distance Reiki is a virtual session designed to provide a deeply personal and supportive experience. This service combines distance reiki energy healing with one-on-one interaction, offering the benefit of guided support before, during, and after the energy work. It’s ideal for those who want to feel deeply held in a nurturing space, while actively engaging in their own healing process. The process is similar to an in-person session, but instead of physical touch, the practitioner uses intention and focus to direct healing energy to the recipient, promoting relaxation, balance, and well-being. It’s gentle, supportive, and can be deeply effective.

To prepare, you will want to be able to access a quiet and comfortable space where you won't be disturbed for the duration of the channeling. Whether you choose to lie down or sit, it is most important that you are active in your choice to open yourself up to receiving the energy. In addition, you will want to have an idea of your concerns, and any specific areas you'd like to focus on. 

On the video call, we will discuss your concerns/areas of focus and set the intention for your session. At that point, I will turn my camera off to begin my work as you rest and receive. Keep in mind, many reiki receivers report feeling sensations and increased sensory input, experiencing relaxation, and gaining intuitive insights during distance Reiki. 

Upon completion of the reiki channeling, we will discuss our shared experiences, any sensations felt, and the insights gained. This collaborative post-session discussion is an integral part of the process that ensures clarity on your next steps forward and fosters balanced integration.
